I was stuck in loops of self-sabotage and numbing out for 15 years, feeling completely disconnected from my True Self.

And no one had a clue—because I was a corporate boss babe. I had all the markers of corporate success:

• the executive-level career

• the million-dollar home, car, and wardrobe

• the means to treat myself with the best of the best in all areas of life

I thought if I kept up an external image of what success was supposed to look like on the OUTSIDE, no one would know how much I was struggling on the INSIDE.

The thing is, the more I kept myself busy with work and the more I kept numbing out with food and alcohol, the more I was stuffing down the negative emotions that were the root cause of my unhappiness.

My path to healing began with a 30-day no-drinking challenge. After only a few days, I felt unbelievably better. A couple of weeks in, I began to realize how alcohol had been numbing me out and dulling my inner light. This initial period of feeling better gave me hope that things could be different and from there I made a choice that I was ready to change and went all-in.

With a clear mind, I developed a new obsession with science-based nutrition, meditation, yoga, supplementation, and evolutionary health. Because if it felt this good to feel good, what could I do to feel amazing? I was able to interrupt the cycle of binging in purging and redirect my energy towards even deeper layers of healing.

 Things shifted on a whole new level when I got the calling to incorporate microdosing and psychedelics into my healing journey. These profound experiences opened my eyes to a new perspective and helped me not only rewire a new identity but also create a new vision for my life.

 I sought out the most powerful experiences and teachers, making pilgrimages to Peru, India, and Costa Rica for learning and healing. I discovered practical and sustainable practices and learned to integrate them into my normal life. I practiced safely and paired my experiences with the right support.

You don’t need to travel the world to find the answers. I want to share what I learned with people just like you who have achieved a high level of success and are seeking more.
